Rob Fiddaman

Rob has 25 years of experience in technology recruitment. Rob was previously head of sales for a global technology recruitment company with c.$180M turnover, 300 recruiters and 20 offices in 13 countries across Europe, Asia and Americas. He has worked with many of the world’s leading technology consulting companies, technology providers and blue-chip companies and sits on the board of several tech consulting start-ups.

Mark Alborough

Mark is the Managing Director. Mark has been in the industry for over 25 years, has in-depth knowledge of the global Infrastructure, Networking & Cloud recruitment sector and is the pioneer of our Managed Services, Account Management and FastBench services.

These services give IT Managed Service/Professional and Service/IT Vendors access to a pool of technical resources to help deliver client assignments. He has worked with hundreds of organisations, from start-up SMEs, to global companies, to help build out high calibre resource programmes to deliver against companies’ strategic planning and demand.

With over 20 years of international recruitment expertise, Sanjay specialises in building high-performing technology teams and connecting exceptional individuals with industry-leading organisations. Sanjay’s experience spans the full spectrum of hiring — from high-potential talent and emerging leaders through to C-Suite executives — across technology scale-ups, global consultancies, investment banking, asset management, and pharmaceuticals.

Sanjay operates as both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic leader, he brings a unique ability to balance precision in individual placements with the scale required for rapid business growth.
