Temenos is a market leading provider of banking software with 60 offices across 50 countries. Temenos faced a difficult balancing act; balancing their reliance on contractors with the need to hire ‘best of breed’ permanent employees into technical and functional roles. Historically their spend on contractors was high, which in turn meant contract recruitment agency spend was also high. There was a lack of focus on direct hiring with no consistent recruitment process.

The Solution
The brief from Temenos was clear. They needed an external partner to come in and stabilise their recruitment processes.
