Internal Communications Executive  Permanent

Location: London OR Amersham

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum

Our client, a leading firm in Professional Services/Consultancy, is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to join their team. They specialise in delivering employee benefits/pension schemes, and their commitment to excellence has positioned them as a trusted partner in the professional services sector.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Ideally, candidates possess 3 years of experience in a communications role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in effective communication, project-level planning, and execution.
• Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Confident and adaptable communicator across various channels, with a proactive attitude toward change and a keen eye for identifying and implementing improvements.
• Maintains professionalism, discretion, and prioritizes confidentiality.
• Experience in a professional services environment would be ideal but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Internal Communications strategy across the company.
• Develop and curate content tailored for internal channels, reflecting the company’s story and primary objectives.
• Enhance functionality and management of internal media platforms and newsletters.
• Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure consistent delivery of the company’s narrative and key business priorities.
• Proactively gather, assess, and respond to feedback from colleagues and partners to continually enhance communication channels.
