Having started his career in advertising sales he moved into media, advertising and marketing communications where he headed up the client function internationally working for two leading global out-of-home media owners with responsibility for both channel and content. This culminated in him being asked to join the Board of a FTSE 100 plc as Group Business Development Director, managing the transition from print management to marketing services. Managing resource, on boarding and talent attraction have been core throughout so he subsequently joined a Search consultancy.
