Nik Patel

Appointed by NP Group in June of 2006 and with over 10 years IT recruitment experience, Nik has been directly responsible in delivering large scale recruitment campaigns and managed service offerings within the Information Security market. During his career at NP, Nik has developed strategic relationships with many clients requiring proactive candidate generation with specific niche Information Security skills, leadership characteristics that resulted in promotion for Nik to Director of the Information Security Practice in December 2010. Prior to joining NP Group Nik was a successful Sales and Recruitment Director leading a team of 10 consultants delivering senior executive search assignments in the City of London. Nik also has extensive client site experience holding senior roles at both Atos Consulting and marchFIRST. Nik's exposure to both agency and client side work allows him to fully appreciate and deliver complex recruitment solutions quickly and efficiently to clients on a global basis
