Mike Jones

Mike is CEO of NP's RPO business with responsibility for the strategic direction, management and delivery of the outsourcing service across NP's global operations, on and offshore. Prior to NP, Mike was global recruitment director at Logica plc, responsibile for talent attraction and implementing a global approach to recruitment. This included offshoring recruitment administration, integrating RPO and translating the EVP out to Logica's global markets. Mike's early career was spent as an Army Officer before moving into talent attraction, initially as an Executive recruiter and then latterly, managing global recruitment functions within the Consulting & Technology sectors.
